1. Usage Agreement

By using OcusArt Studio applications, you agree to these terms. Our suite is provided for creative expression, portfolio management, and AI-assisted design.

2. Intellectual Property

While you retain ownership of your creations, the OcusArt Studio software, its proprietary AI interfaces, and the "Curated Eye" engine are the intellectual property of OcusArt. Reproduction of the platform architecture is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the creative tools to generate malicious content or engage in activities that disrupt the OcusArt network. Report violations to abuse@ocusart.com.

4. Limitation of Liability

OcusArt Studio is provided "as is". We are not liable for any content generated by users through our AI-assisted modules or for the loss of creative assets not explicitly synchronized with our secure cloud.
